Sandesh Sharda, President and Founder
MBA, PMP, BA
Mr. Sandesh Sharda founded Miracle Systems in 2003. He has over 15 years of experience
working in the information technology and financial fields. Before starting Miracle
Systems, Mr. Sharda worked for Oracle Consulting and other multinational corporations.
After completing his Bachelors from Bombay University, where he graduated in the
top 5% in the university, Mr. Sharda completed his Masters from Richmond University
in London, UK.
Sameer Sharma, CTO and Chief Systems Architect
BE - Bio Medical Engineering, MS - Software Engineering
Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Sameer has held several key leadership and technical
positions including the role of Principal Archirtect, Lockheed Martin Corporation.
Sameer brings over 20 years of IT experience and specializes in Systems Architecture
and Software Engineering with a flair for effectively combining emerging IT technologies
with time tested approaches in his solutions. Within Lockheed one of the roles that
Sameer has held was leading the Emerging IT Technology Pilots and Prototypes team.
At Miracle Systems, Sameer is primarily responsible for:
Overall IT Technical direction and strategy
Fostering innovation in Systems Architecture and Development efforts for custom
technical solutions
Lead and provide oversight to teams developing custom IT solutions for federal clients
Focus on bringing the right blend of emerging IT technologies in solutions with
emphasis on Cloud based and service oriented computing
Daniel Fletcher, Jr., Senior Vice President
Over the past 5 years Mr. Fletcher has managed several teams in successfully supporting large federal agencies in finance, and information technology activities. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Mr. Fletcher was a Deputy CFO at Department of Interior and many other federal agencies. Mr. Fletcher has been involved with Program Management for over 25 years during his progressive experience as a federal government management staff in managing the audits interactions for US Department of Interior (DOI), Office of Personnel Management, and the private sector. As a Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Interior, Mr. Fletcher has managed the annual audit interactions for $16 billion dollar enterprise comprised of 9 operating entities. This role involved a broad range of departmental business and financial management activities including: internal controls, budget, procurement, asset management, and performance policy, financial operations, guidance and reporting
Jennifer Totman, Senior Vice President and Eagle II Teaming Coordinator
Ms. Totman is an experienced PMP with over 20 years of program/project management experience with federal government and commercial clients. She has a proven ability and flexibility to deliver Project Management principles and best practices across many disciplines to include the full SDLC lifecycle, PMO and front office support, budget and acquisitions, stakeholder engagement and communication planning, construction, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning, emergency communications, process improvements, and data network integration projects. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Ms. Totman was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen and Hamilton, and spent over 10 years managing business and capture efforts at DHS. She brings proven experience in partner relationship management to include identifying required resources, negotiating applicable quality measures and requirements, and managing overall partner/teaming performance and quality.
David Stack, Senior Vice President
Mr. Stack is an experienced Program Manager with over 30 years of program/project management supporting across the federal government, specifically DOD. He is Miracle Systems’ GSA Oasis Program Manager and provides business development and quality assurance across all awarded task orders under this contract vehicle. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Mr. Stack was the Program Manager for $200M in contracts ensuring quality and contract compliance and performance. He has managed a broad range of projects with a focus on materials research & development, logistics, and continuous process improvement. Mr. Stack has lead Program Management and Business development efforts across the federal government to include establishing the strategic marketing and business development plans to determine revenue growth for multiple organizations.
Jonathan J. Cykman,Vice President and Senior Program Director
PMP, BA Political Science
Mr. Cykman is an experienced leader with over 30 years of leading change in the
public and private sectors. Jon has extensive experience managing and directing
nationwide reviews of federal programs and operations, as well as implementing high
profile federal programs, projects, and initiatives. Jon's federal experience has
included work for oversight agencies including the Government Accountability Office
and Offices of the Inspector General at the Departments of Treasury and Justice,
as well as program management at Treasury, Justice, and most recently with the Department
of Homeland Security. Jon's expertise includes strategic planning, business architecture,
IT governance, portfolio and program/project management, Capital Planning & Investment
Control (CPIC), IT acquisition, and budgeting. Jon received his BA at SUNY Purchase,
and his MA degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas
at Austin.
Michael Hinton, Senior Program Director
Mr. Hinton brings over 20 years of program/project management experience with federal
government and commercial clients. Mr. Hinton provides program management and
corporate oversight support for Miracle Systems $550 million IDIQ Contract at the
Department of State with 54 active Task Orders across 22 DoS Bureaus.
He provides effective negotiating skills, manages diverse stakeholder requirements,
ensures the task scope and requirements are met, and establishes reach back to provide
resources to efficiently meet deliverables and project requirements.
Mr. Hinton has strong leadership, organizational, and mentoring experience
and has received numerous recognitions from our federal clients.
Stephen Nichols, Senior Vice President, Ph.D., PMP
Dr. Nichols has over 30 years of experience developing and delivering management consulting and technology-based solutions to federal civilian, DoD, and commercial clients. In addition, he has completed numerous assignments for international organizations in Latin America, Europe, Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and Asia. Dr. Nichols’ experience spans engagements addressing organizational strategy and change management, customer/citizen relationship management, workforce development, organizational effectiveness, technology assessment, and international development. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, he held senior management positions at NTT DATA and Arthur D. Little, Inc., with responsibility for business development, GWAC/IDIQ management, and delivery. Dr. Nichols received his Ph.D. in Economic Geography from the University of Iowa, M.A. in Economics from Indiana University, and B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Stephen J. Krill, Jr., Senior Vice President, PMP
Mr. Krill is a management and technology consultant who specializes in large-scale transformation,
organizational strategy, systems engineering, and development and operations.
His executive experience includes division management and business development
for both small and large federal IT and professional services firms.
Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Mr. Krill worked 22 years at Booz Allen Hamilton and SAIC,
primarily in defense, homeland security, public health, and transportation.
With a passion for solving complex problems by integrating strategy, technology, risk, and
operations, he is a frequent speaker at international conferences and a contributing
author to textbooks and standards on crisis management, cyber security, and disaster response.
Mr. Krill earned an undergraduate engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati,
a graduate engineering degree from Johns Hopkins University, and began his doctoral
engineering studies at the George Washington University. He is certified in project management,
business continuity, and emergency management and holds two U.S. patents.
Tommie L. Sherrill, Senior Vice President, PMP
Mr. Sherrill is an experienced executive with over 25 years leading and
managing diverse programs, portfolios, and business development activities across
the DoD and federal civilian marketspaces as both an industry leader and retired former military officer.
He has held Director and Vice President roles in large (Fortune 500) and small firms and has contributed
to Agile methodologies blogs and publications to include the Scrum Body of Knowledge (SBOK).
Mr. Sherrill develops executable strategic and market plans for the pursuit of
key Defense and Security opportunities through industry analysis, partnership development,
and federal acquisition subject matter expertise insights that are focused on
supporting sector positioning and growth. As a key member of Miracle’s management
team his leadership and vision provides direction ensuring Miracle is properly prepared to
address changing client and industry trends. Mr. Sherrill received his Master’s Degree
in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and holds numerous defense and industry certifications,
which include: Project Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA Level III PM & IT, ITIL, Six Sigma,
and Certified Scrum Master.
